Corporate training designed around your organisation
We work with employers — ministries, banks, NGOs, universities, hospitals, telecoms, contractors and enterprises — to design and deliver professional development that strengthens organisational capability. Every programme is scoped against your objectives before a single session is delivered.
No cost. No obligation. Typical response within two working days.
An engagement, not a purchase
You bring a capability challenge — projects overrunning, new supervisors promoted without preparation, reports that do not stand up to scrutiny, tenders lost on compliance. We translate that into a defined learning intervention: the right programme, at the right level, for the right people, in the format that fits your operations.
Tailored Programmes
Standard curricula produce standard results.
We adapt each programme in four dimensions. Where an organisation requires a capability we do not currently list, we will say so directly and advise whether we can design it.
Training Needs Discussions
Every engagement opens with a conversation.
A structured 45- to 60-minute conversation with the people who own the outcome. We establish what the organisation is trying to achieve, where current capability falls short, who should attend, what has been tried before, and how success will be judged. It is conducted at no cost and carries no obligation — the output is a written summary and a recommended programme structure.
Delivery Formats
Delivered where your organisation works.
Benefits for Organisations
What your organisation keeps after the training room empties.
Assessment
Participation alone is not evidence of learning.
Programmes include applied assessment appropriate to the discipline: a project plan, a risk register, a stakeholder map, a written report, a bid response, or a facilitated case decision. Trainers provide feedback during the programme, and the sponsoring organisation receives a completion report summarising attendance, participation and observed capability themes — without identifying individual performance unless requested.
Certification
A certificate of completion for every participant.
Each participant who completes a programme receives a Baaley Academy Certificate of Completion, issued in the participant’s name and stating the programme, duration and delivery dates. Training is delivered by experienced CPD-approved trainers. Certificates record completion of a Baaley Academy programme and are not a claim of external accreditation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers before you ask.
Do you work with individual learners?
No. Baaley Academy works exclusively with organisations. Enquiries are handled through a nominated sponsor — typically HR, L&D or a programme director.
What is the minimum and maximum cohort size?
Programmes are most effective with 10 to 25 participants. Larger populations are delivered as sequential cohorts to preserve the quality of facilitation.
In which language is training delivered?
Programmes are delivered in English, with Somali-language facilitation and materials support available on request. Confirm your preference in the proposal request.
How long does a programme take?
Most programmes run between two and five days, delivered consecutively or across scheduled blocks. Duration is confirmed after the training needs discussion.
Can you deliver to multiple locations or regional offices?
Yes. Multi-site rollouts are delivered as a scheduled series, or blended with live online sessions where travel is impractical.
Are your courses CPD accredited?
Our programmes are delivered by experienced CPD-approved trainers. We do not represent the programmes themselves as accredited.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on programme, duration, cohort size, delivery format and location. A full cost breakdown is included in your written proposal.
How quickly can training begin?
Typically within four to six weeks of a signed proposal, subject to trainer availability and the extent of tailoring required.
Do you provide training under donor-funded or procurement frameworks?
Yes. We can supply the documentation ordinarily required for institutional procurement and donor reporting.
Discuss your organisation’s training requirements.
Tell us what you need to strengthen. We will respond within two working days with a written proposal — scope, structure, duration and delivery format — at no cost and no obligation.
